No lawyer and client relationship until we confirm it

Contacting us through this site, by telephone or on WhatsApp does not make us your lawyers. We become your lawyers only when we have checked for conflicts, agreed the scope of the work and the fees, and confirmed the engagement to you in writing.

What you send us

Please make sure what you tell us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential documents belonging to someone else. Until we confirm an engagement, treat anything you send as information rather than as a protected communication.

Outcomes

Nothing on this site is a promise or a guarantee about the result of any case, or about how long a matter will take. Where we describe timelines we are describing what is usual, not what is certain.

Availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice.

Our content

The text, design, images and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

We are a legal consultancy established in the United Arab Emirates and we work within the rules that apply to our licence and to rights of audience before the UAE courts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did.
